Afirme launched the concept of a mobile bank, with which it will serve around 5 million customers per year, even in contingencies due to natural disasters, with the same reliability offered by a traditional branch. With the aim of bringing financial services closer to users in different areas of the country, the Afirme Mobile Unit project began, which is equipped with three ATMs and one window for customer service.

In addition to reaching different corners of the country with the financial services of Banco Afirme, this unit, being self-sufficient in its operation, can serve bank users even in contingencies due to natural disasters.

The unit that will also give service in massive events, has a capacity of one thousand five hundred daily operations in ATM's and 45 thousand monthly per unit. It has the capacity to serve 45 thousand monthly clients and 540 thousand per year per unit. The objective is to have a fleet of at least 10 units in the start-up phase. Some of the operations that can be performed in the unit are: cash deposits and checks, withdrawals, service and credit card payments, purchase of airtime, account openings, credits, among others.
